Curiosity and learning in infancy

Gert Westermann, Professor in Developmental Psychology at Lancaster University, recently travelled to Taiwan and gave two talks in Kaohsiung about the work his group have done in LuCiD.

At Kaohsiung Medical University he spoke about “Curiosity and learning in infancy”, and at National Kaohsiung Normal University about “How do we know what babies know?”.

Once back home, he remotely presented a keynote address titled “Curiosity and learning in infancy” at the International Conference of Infant and Toddler Development in the Modern Era, in Hangzhou, China. This conference was organised jointly by Hangzhou Normal University and the Hangzhou Health Commission.
