The LuCiD team came together on 19th June 2025 for this year’s summer conference. It was a full and lively day with plenty of opportunities to share research, catch up with colleagues, and spark new conversations across the network.
The programme included a rich mix of talks – from children’s and adults’ use of pronouns, to iconic sentences and word order, to language learning in families and communities. We also heard from colleagues working on developmental language disorder and the neural processes behind word learning. Midway through the day, everyone joined the roundtable Where next?, which opened up space for reflection and future directions.
All talks from the conference are available to watch here, and you can browse the full programme here.
